Matt Spack's home inspection was extraordinary. He was very responsive and seamlessly worked me into his already busy schedule. His work exemplified expertise and thoroughness, as he meticulously evaluated every detail of the property over the course of 3.5 hours before meeting up with me for a walkthrough. The final report made it easy to understand which were critical issues needing immediate correction and which were practically ok but not adhering to best practices. His home inspection, from scheduling to the final walkthrough, showcased admirable commitment to the highest degree of professionalism and excellence.

Ok, Steve Kman is amazing! He is thorough and goes over the home with a fine tooth comb. This is actually the second home I have had inspected by him. I had a home inspection, water quality and radon test. I trust his judgement implicitly. I am a first time buyer and need to depend on good, honest people.I found one! Anyone planning to purchase a house should hope he works in your area.

We decided to get a home inspection after waiving it on closing and I'm glad we did and even more that we chose Matt to do it. Really loved how thorough the report is and how it ranks the items by level of urgency. Matt showed me what needed to be taken care of and why. He was patient, friendly, and down to earth. Provided the information at a level I could understand. I felt very confident afterwards. Highly recommend!
